Joshua Tree. Photo's cannot capture the scale and light or the strange and magical feeling of this prehistoric place. I was so in love with this place! I didn't really know what to expect, which was a good thing because it far exceeded anything I imagined it would be.

Fun times at the Ace in Palm Springs. Sunday afternoon brunch poolside with an awesome dj. Don't know his name, sorry. This place was scene for sure. Super chill vibe, kids and dogs welcome!!!

Pappy & Harriet's

On our way to Pappy & Harriet's Pioneertown Palace to see The Autumn Defense. Pappy & Harriet's is the most amazing down home and unique honkytonk I've ever visited. The vibe was local and colorful, super friendly and mellow. This place has every type of person represented here. There were families here for burgers and ribs, hipsters to see the band, bikers, old timers in their western garb dancing to The Autumn Defense and just the local folk who live nearby. The band was Amazing! The band is comprised of two of the members of Wilco. I hope they will come to NYC and play soon. This is definitely a place to go for fun!
